1.2 Purpose of the software
Our software is designed to obtain reviews and feedback for our users through the use of the WhatsApp Business Platform, and other web technologies.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the software is subject exclusively to these terms. Use of the software constitutes your agreement to these terms. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful, or prohibited by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this software.
2. Access & Use
2.1 Eligibility
Only users that have a valid account can access and use this software. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
2.2 Restrictions
By using the software, you agree to use it only for its intended purposes. You agree not to:
  • Scrape, crawl, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract any of the website's source code.
  • Abuse the messaging functionality for any unsolicited or unlawful communications.
  • Resell or sell any part of the software.
  • Modify, copy, or reproduce any part of the software without prior written permission from JL Computer Technologies (Pty) Ltd
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the software.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to comply with all applicable laws and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. You must not upload, store, or distribute any customer data acquired unlawfully or unethically.
4. Payment & Subscription
4.1 Current or future costs
Subscriptions are billed at a prorated amount based on the remaining days in the billing cycle:
(daysRemaining / totalDays) x R Custom.
Prices are subject to change with one month's notice.
4.2 Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of subscription activation. If approved, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are processed within 30 days, excluding any applicable bank or transfer fees.
5. Data Ownership & License
You retain the ownership of your data. By using the software, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the software on your behalf.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the software at our discretion and without notice if we believe there has been a violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, security, or functionality of the software, nor do we guarantee any outcomes such as review volume or customer feedback improvements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JL Computer Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
7. Severability
If any of these terms are deemed to be illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such term shall be severed and the remaining terms will stay in place in full effect.
9. Indemnity
By using the website you agree to hold us and all of our employees harmless against all liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees, costs or other expenses against us due to any use of the website.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any part of the software without notice. You are responsible to reading these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content including but not limited to social media pages, graphics, images, text, designs, source code, and data are owned or licensed to JL Computer Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
12. Governing Law
This website is governed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, you hereby accept the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
